recreational centerpiece to a planned expansive community.
Golf Digest has rated the Hunter's Creek Golf Club in the list of Top 75
courses to play. Golf Architect Lloyd Clifton designed the course that
transformed the flat, agricultural land into an oasis for golfers to enjoy and
play. Clifton wanted to incorporate plenty of water on the course, so he created
13 lakes on 13 of the holes.

If you're looking to relax from a game of golf, here are some tips to help
loosen the lower back.
Try the exercises like the Seated Twist and the Seated Hamstring.
The Seated Twist helps loosen your back to minimize pain and also helps
improve your backswing and follow-through range of motion. This will help give
you more power and distance when you head out on the greens again.
To do the Sweated Twist exercise:
- Sit upright in a chair with chest high and back straight.
- Reach behind your left arm.
- Leverage your right arm against your left leg.
- Hold for at least 10 seconds and repeat
- Switch arms and rotate the opposite way. Hold and repeat
The Seated Hamstring stretch helps loosen your hamstrings and lower back.
This exercise will help you keep your golf posture with less pain and discomfort
in your lower back and glutes.
To do the Seated Hamstring exercise:
- While sitting on a chair, place right foot on desk
- Make sure your knee is slightly flexed. Reach forward to feel a stretch in
the hamstring, lower back and maybe calf muscle.
- Try to keep a fairly straight upper back while doing the stretch.
- Hold for at least 10 seconds and repeat
- Switch legs. Hold and repeat.
